- Placing Your Order
To place an order for goods advertised for sale on this website you must follow the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you wish to purchase. You will be given the opportunity to check and amend any incorrect inputs in your order up until the point at which you place your order by clicking the ‘Place Order’ button at the checkout stage. By submitting your order this is an offer to us to purchase the goods you have ordered. An automatic email will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your order, no binding contract will be formed between us until we accept your order. You should read and check the details in the email to confirm that they are correct. If the details in the confirmation email are incorrect, or if you are not satisfied, please contact us via the contact form or by telephone on 0114 349 1571. Where we accept your order, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that are in line with these terms and conditions.
- Price and Delivery Costs
The prices of goods on this website are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on the website at the time the order is placed will be the price applicable to that order. On the occasion that goods are incorrectly priced, we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. Should this happen we will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or we will use reasonable endeavours to contact you and enquire whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or if you do not wish to continue with the order, we will cancel the order and refund the amount you paid. Should the correct price be lower than the incorrectly stated price of goods, we may continue with your order and charge the lower amount on dispatch. Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs. We offer FREE Next Working Day delivery on all orders. Should you wish for your order to arrive before midday you should select Next Working Day AM. If you wish for your order to arrive on a Saturday you must select the Saturday Delivery method at the checkout. There will be a surcharge for Next Working Day AM and Saturday Delivery. It is your responsibility to select and ensure you have selected the correct delivery method.
- Availability and Delivery
Information regarding the availability of goods on this website is subject to change without notice. We are unable to guarantee continuous availability of all goods on this website. Orders are subject to availability at all times. We deliver within the United Kingdom only. We will deliver your order to the address you state for delivery at the time you place the order. Delivery will be made according to the delivery method selected after your order is accepted. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within the delivery time specified for the delivery method selected. Delivery guarantee offer applies to Next (working) Day (Mon-Fri) deliveries only. This offer applies to orders placed over this website only, and is not extended to include any special instructions you may add in the comments box. This offer only applies to UK mainland addresses. You must obviously give us the correct delivery address and post code.‘Acts of God’ are not covered by this Guarantee – thus extreme weather may cause a delay in your consignment which we can reasonably argue is circumstances beyond our or our couriers control. If for whatever reason the courier does not deliver then we will offer a full refund on your delivery cost!
Payment must be received in advance before your order can be placed. We will not dispatch your goods until we have received payment for the order. Payment must be made either via PayPal or Credit or Debit card.
- Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before the order is dispatched or within 14 days after delivery. To cancel your purchase within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, please call 0114 349 1571 or email email@example.com giving the reason for the return. We will then advise you on our preferred method of return – usually we will arrange for our courier to collect. You are welcome to send back using your own shipper as long as you have Proof of Delivery/tracking. Please package the relevant item(s) securely. If you are dispatching it yourself send it to the address on the Invoice so that we receive it within 14- days after the date that the item was delivered.
- Returns and Refunds – You must either insure the consignment or use a signed for service (recorded delivery). Please include a note with your contact details and an explanation of why you are returning the goods. Once the goods have been received back with us they will be inspected and if in good condition you will be refunded the full purchase price. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
For all returns please use the contact form located on the Contact Us page – we will then provide you with the return address or a returns label. Please note that orders over £100 may be subject to a 7% re-stocking fee, this will not be implemented if the items are returned due to incorrect stock being sent or damaged items being sent.
- Items returned by courier
Any items returned by courier due to the delivery being unsuccessful will be charged to the customer unless the customer can prove they have
1. Been in contact or tried to contact ourselves within 24 hours of expected delivery date
2. Been in contact or tried to contact the courier within 24 hours of expected delivery dateAlternatively we can take the equivalent of the returns charge off the total amount of items being sent. If the returns charge exceeds that of the original order the buyer may be asked to pay the additional charges.
- Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if; we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered, we do not deliver to your area, if the price of one or more of the goods ordered was shown incorrectly at the time of purchase. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and re-credit the amount deducted to your account as quickly as possible.
- Title and Risk
You will become the owner of any goods purchased once we have received payment and delivery has been made. Once goods have been delivered to the address specified you are responsible for them. We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. If you asked for the goods to be left safe and they are not there we or the courier accept no responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered and it is not there you must assume it has been stolen. In these cases we will provide you all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police.
We accept no liability for any: loss which is not foreseeable (loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach, or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time of purchase), loss arising through no fault of ours or breach of Terms and Conditions, business loss (including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of contracts, business opportunity or any other similar losses). Nothing in these terms will affect any liability we may have a) for fraudulent misrepresentation, b) for personal injury or death arising from our negligence: c) under Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; d) for breach of any condition as to title or quiet enjoyment of or in relation to any goods supplied by us; or e) in relation to any other liability, including any liabilities under sale of goods or supply of services legislation, that may not by applicable law be excluded or limited.
- Events Beyond Our Control
We accept no liability for any delay in delivering goods caused by any events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, explosions, floods, accidents, failure of telecommunications networks, Acts of God, strikes, terrorist attacks, riots, acts or restraints of Government, inability to use transport networks.
