Royal Mail have advised to order before Wednesday the 18th of December in order to receive your parcel before Christmas.

1st Class and 1st Class Signed For and Royal Mail Tracked 48:

Royal Mail have advised to order before Friday the 20th of December in order to receive your parcel before Christmas.

During to the busy Christmas season, we cannot 100% guarantee your selected delivery dates as couriers are experiencing extremely high volumes of orders to process for delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we can assure you that we will do everything we can on our side so that your order arrives with you for your requested date.

Delivery Options Available

Please be sure to read these details in full before placing your order!

FREE Next Day Delivery on all orders placed by 5pm Monday to Friday.

Next Day AM – £3.50
Next working day delivery by 12 noon for all orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday.

Saturday Delivery – £10.00
If you would like your order to arrive on Saturday you must select the Saturday delivery option and place your order by 5pm Friday. Please be aware that orders placed on Friday after 5pm with next working day delivery will arrive Monday.

Highlands, Islands and Republic of Ireland Delivery – £15.00

This only applies to customers living outside of what is considered the UK mainland – including those living in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, as well as the Republic of Ireland. If you live in one of these regions, you can ONLY recieve your order on a 48 hour delivery, due to the extra distance/ costs associated with delivery to these areas.

Swegway Shop Delivery Policy

Delivery Problems

If you are having a delivery problem then its not us you need to contact – it would be DPD, our designated Swegway Shop Courier.
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with Tracking Information. To track your parcel log into your e-mail account to find your tracking number for up to date tracking info. If no-one is in to accept your order, the courier should leave a card with details of how to get hold of your parcel. Please Read the card! You MUST contact the courier within 5 DAYS or the delivery will be assumed refused and you will be charged up to £19.95 for the item to be returned to us. If you need to go and pick it up or have not been carded (or lost the card) then please call your local DPD Depot.

Please also note if the courier cannot find the address specified they will store the parcel at the depot for up to 5 days, it is your responsibilty to contact the courier and arrange re-delivery or collection, again if the item has to be returned to us we will not subsidise the return fees as this is the cost charged to us for the order being returned.

Off-Shore / Outside of UK Mainland Orders

We ONLY deliver to UK Mainland. If you order outside of UK Mainland the order will be cancelled and refunded to you. At this time we can only ship to UK Mainland addresses due to restrictions with couriers as the boards can only be transported by sea due to the battery size and type. We are looking into couriers who provide international postage for our Swegways and hope to be able to offer this option soon!

Delivery Guide

You must provide us with as much address information as possible.

If you provide us with an incorrect address you may be charged an extra fee of up to £9.95 to have a new address added to the consignment, this can also delay the delivey up up to 48 hours.

Someone (anyone) must be at the given address to sign for the delivery between 7am and 6-30pm (for standard Next Day service). Therefore we recommend delivery to a work address where someone is willing to sign for the goods during the working day. A signature is required as proof of delivery. If you choose to have your goods ‘left safe’ you CANNOT CLAIM COMPENSATION AS THE WARRANTY IS INVALID – therefore we strongly advise you NOT to request them left safe. Please also be aware that couriers deliver to an address and not to a person.


We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. If you asked for the goods to be left safe and they are not there we or the courier accept no responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered and it is not at your address, please be sure to check with your surrounding neighbors and at your local depot before assuming it has been stolen. In these cases we will provide you all the help we possibly can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police and with the courier as our knowledge and information on the area and your surroundings are limited.

Order Damaged Upon Delivery

If in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please be sure to take photos of the state it arrives in (including the outer-packaging) and photos of the swegway itself. These images are crucial so that we can claim for the damages with the courier and make arrangements to resolve the damaged board! Without images of the damages, this can extend the process resolution time as we will have to dispute with the courier if the item was damaged in transit or not. Damages need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery otherwise it will cause complications with the couriers investigation and they may not be able to compensate for damages after this time so please be sure to take photographic evidence as soon as your order arrives!

Other notes

You may specify a delivery day – we will hold onto your consignment until the day before.

If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch the couriers charge a re-booking fee of £7.50.

Please make sure we have a valid phone number so you can be contacted should there be any delivery problems.
If you place your order after 3pm and require your goods urgently we may be able to prioritise you – call us and we will try our very best for you.

We try very hard to get your delivery to you without wasting your time, but we require your help for this to happen. Please give us as much address information you can.

Delivery Guarantee Notes –

We will try our absolute very best to ensure all orders placed before 5pm (workdays only, excluding bank holidays) are shipped out same day. However our team is only human and mistakes or errors may happen once in a blue moon if we have technical errors, if this is the case and your order has not been dispatched on time – please get in touch! If this is the case, we will refund the cost of the delivery as an apology for the error!

This offer applies to Next (working) Day (Mon-Fri) deliveries only. This offer applies to orders placed over this website only, and is not extended to include any special instructions you may add in the comments box. You must obviously give us the correct delivery address and post code.

‘Acts of God’ are not covered by this Guarantee – thus extreme weather may cause a delay in your consignment which we can reasonably argue is circumstances beyond our or our couriers control. If for whatever reason the courier does not deliver then we will offer a full refund on your delivery cost! Please see section 6 of our terms & conditions for further information.

Shipping: Delivery to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Europe will take longer and will cost more. If your post code is shown in the list below please contact us straight away with the contact information provided in our seller details or by eBay messages, as you will need to pay additional delivery before we can send your parcel. The additional delivery cost will vary depending on the post code. If you live in Ireland please select the standard international delivery
